Benefits of Dry fruits and Nuts

Dry fruits and nuts are enormously useful for maintaining generally health and are advantageous in warding off convinced diseases. They are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids which make them ultimate for weight loss and help burn up fatty acids. Dry fruits are not just delicacies but tremendously rich sources of proteins and minerals. This is specifically why every diet course of therapy recommends having at least a handful of dry fruits in your daily starves yourself. We know that dry fruits are nuts and dried out fruits and that they have a hodgepodge of health benefits but most of us are oblivious of exactly what qualities these have. Here are the specific benefits of dry fruits/nuts:
Almond (Badaam)

·         Cancer and Tumor – According to World Cancer Research Fund have revealed that almonds have several substances which could be useful in the prevention of cancer. Raisins (Kishmish)
·         Constipation- When ingested, raisins puff up as the fiber present in them absorbs water. It helps giving relief for constipation.
